Terms and Conditions

If prices are not accepted, there will be a £10 charge to return your items via post.
Items will be discounted by up to 30% after 2 months, up to 50% after 4 months. If after 6 months the items have still not been sold or requested back, we will continue to discount.
If prices are not confirmed within three days, we will automatically start selling the pieces for you.
At the end of the 6-month selling period, it is your responsibility to request the returns of items. If items are not collected, we will continue to discount them. If they still do not sell, eventually they may go to charity.
If you request your items to be returned via store and they are not picked up within 1 week of the requested date, you will be required to pay £10 to have the items shipped to you.
As items are left in store: they are left at your own risk against theft, loss, and damage.
If items are found to be inauthentic via a third party (Entrupy or Real Authentication), the cost of this authentication will be reclaimed from you before the item is returned.
